In 2027, WINS Canada will continue bringing people, organizations and communities together to examine the changing nature of work and its implications for inclusion, equity and economic participation.

Our work will explore issues affecting diverse communities across Canada, including women's economic participation, mental health and workplace inclusion, accessibility, economic inequality, changing technologies and the growing influence of artificial intelligence.

We will continue to listen to community experiences through Community Voices, share perspectives through Voices of Inclusion, and create opportunities for dialogue and collaboration through our public conversations and events.

Our 2027 program is designed around a simple question:

How can we better understand the changes taking place in Canadian workplaces and help build more inclusive and equitable futures of work?

WINS Canada will bring together community members, employers, HR and business leaders, researchers, technology and accessibility professionals, policymakers and other stakeholders to share perspectives, identify emerging challenges and explore practical opportunities for more inclusive workplaces.

Our 2027 conversations will contribute to a broader body of knowledge and community dialogue, rather than treating each issue as an isolated conversation.
